The website https://www.pourlukraine.com (hereinafter "the site") is published by the association law 1901 Pour l'Ukraine, pour leur liberté et la notre!, hereinafter called PLU, whose declaration number at the Paris Police Prefecture is W751266304, and whose head office is located at 10, rue du Sentier, 75002 Paris.
The Director of Publication is Mr. Pierre Raiman, Vice-President of the association.

The site uses the hosting services of the company Wix Online Platform Limited, 1 Grant's Row, Dublin 2 D02HX96, Ireland.
Intellectual property
1. Sites and elements composing the site
The Site, as well as all of the elements composing it (such as in particular, but not exclusively, the texts, images, illustrations, photographs and databases are the exclusive property of the PLU association, or are the subject of an operating authorization of which the PLU association is the sole beneficiary.
Any use is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by the Intellectual Property Code, legislative and regulatory provisions and international conventions.
2. Domain name and trademarks
The domain name of the Site as well as the logos appearing on the Site are the exclusive property of the PLU association. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the trademarks or logos of the PLU association, without the express prior agreement of the rights holders is prohibited and constitutes an infringement in accordance with the provisions of Articles L713-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

The association law 1901 For Ukraine, for their freedom and ours!, hereinafter referred to as PLU, whose registration number at the Paris Police Prefecture is W751266304, and whose registered office is located at 10, rue du Sentier, 75002 Paris, is responsible for processing your personal data. The purpose of this document is to inform you of the manner in which PLU uses, protects and processes your personal data collected during your visits and use of its various sites, and of the options and rights available to you, in application of the regulations applicable to personal data and in particular in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 EU of April 27, 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Definitions
Persons visiting and using the site are hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Users” whether or not they have an account.
The PLU website as well as the blog site or any other sub-sites attached to the same domain name pourlukraine.com or sites with a different domain name but which are the property of PLU, are hereinafter referred to as "the Site".
Resources: means the files or any other form of content available on the Site, viewable online or accessible by download.
Form: refers to the interface that allows each user to register for a given action: sign a column, provide testimony, for example.

The data controller is the PLU association.
2. Personal data collected
The term “personal data” means personal information that allows you to be identified directly or indirectly, as you have provided it to PLU or as deduced from your use of the Site.

3. Purposes of processing
The PLU association processes your personal data for various purposes:

4. Data Recipients
The PLU association does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The personal data collected and/or produced are exclusively intended for the PLU association.
Some of your data may be communicated to subcontractors that the PLU association uses by contract for the execution of necessary technical services or benefits. This may include the management of your member account, your donations to the association, and communication actions.
These subcontractors contractually undertake to the PLU association to guarantee a level of security and confidentiality of your personal data under conditions that comply with the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data and in particular the GDPR.
The PLU association may also share personal data if it:

5. Data retention period
Users' personal data are kept for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing and for a maximum of 5 years from their collection. You can request the deletion of your personal data and your personal account at any time by sending your request to appel@pourlukraine.com
For the sending of newsletters offered by PLU, the email address is kept as long as the registered User does not express the desire to unsubscribe using the unsubscribe links appearing in the footer of these newsletters.
6. Data security and confidentiality
The PLU organisation takes all necessary precautions to preserve the security of your data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised third parties. The PLU association implements, in its internal organization, organisational, technical, software and physical measures in terms of information system security in order to protect the personal data processed against all alterations, destruction and unauthorised access. However, the PLU association does not control all the risks related to the Internet. As such, the User consults the Site at his own risk, without the PLU association being able to be held responsible for a security breach that it is not able to overcome.
7. Transfer of data outside the European Union
The PLU association does not transfer any personal data to countries that are not members of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file deposited when you visit our Site and stored in a specific space on the hard disk of your terminal, whether it is a computer or a mobile device. Cookies are managed by your web browser or mobile application.
Our cookies have a limited lifespan of no more than 13 months, in accordance with applicable legislation, with the exception of the cookie placed to express your consent, which is kept for 6 months.

In application of the GDPR, the User may request at any time from the PLU association:

In this case, before implementing this right, the PLU association may request proof of the identity of the User who made the request in order to verify its accuracy;

to rectify their personal data if they prove to be inaccurate, by writing to the association via the same email.

to exercise his right to the portability of his personal data, that is to say to ask PLU, via the aforementioned email, to provide him with a readable file containing the personal data concerning him so that it can transfer them to another data controller. The User may also ask the PLU association to carry out the transfer to the new data controller on its own behalf. In the latter case, evidence may be necessary to demonstrate that the new data controller is legitimate and authorized to receive the User's personal data;
Depending on the choice made by the User, the latter may be likely to receive newsletters from the PLU association. If the User no longer wishes to receive these newsletters, he or she may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link available at the bottom of each newsletter.
In the event of non-compliance with his rights, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties): https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes .
